What you will do

  • Execute customized Program Management Plans to meet clients' safety program objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from the deployment phase through to renewal.
  • Design and configure the platform to meet unique client needs and solve specific business problems.
  • Consult on change management, communication strategy, risk management, and coaching techniques.
  • Present data analytics and financial metrics to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Partner with account teams on expansion opportunities and work to mitigate churn.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 5-7 years of experience in account management within a fast-paced SaaS or commercial products environment.
  • Proven experience working with decision-makers and executives within an organization.
  • Expert skills with Microsoft Excel and a strong aptitude for numbers.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to learn technical products quickly.
  • Ability to travel 10-15%.
