Salary: $80,000–$112,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies for complex states and high-impact districts in Michigan.
- Drive consultative, solution-based sales cycles with district leaders and superintendents to increase adoption of AP and SAT portfolios.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers at school districts and state agencies.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and track performance using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with internal higher education and program teams to ensure coordinated district engagement.
- Provide coaching and support to junior staff members on account strategy.
Requirements
- Must reside in Michigan.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in strategic sales, business development, or partnership management (ideally in EdTech or K-12).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets across complex portfolios.
- Experience using Salesforce for pipeline and forecast management.
- Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license.
- Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
- Willingness to travel frequently, up to 40–50%.
