TL;DR

Human Resources Director (HR): Own the full employee lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding through performance management, L&D, engagement, and offboarding with an accent on strategic talent advising for US and LATAM operations. Focus on workforce planning during M&A and restructurings, implementing HR tech and AI tools, and standardizing processes across regions.

Location: Preferred based in Cali, Colombia; remote candidates considered with expectation of traveling to Cali office once per month for one week.

Salary: 16M-18M COP/Month

What you will do

• Own talent programs, employee lifecycle strategy, recruiting, and alignment with business, M&A, and PE objectives in LATAM and Americas.
• Develop recruiting strategies for US and LATAM roles, including sourcing, job architecture, and benchmarking.
• Advise on workforce planning for acquisitions, restructurings, RIFs, org design, and succession.
• Implement recruiting automation, AI tools, scalable onboarding, and standardize HR processes across regions.
• Oversee L&D programs, employee engagement, and partner on organizational development.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish at C2 level required for direct reports and employee population.
• Proven track record owning talent programs: recruiting, onboarding, performance, L&D, engagement.
• Experience with cross-cultural, geographically dispersed teams in US and LATAM markets.
• Supporting M&A, restructurings from talent perspective.
• Hands-on with HR tech (HRIS, ATS, LMS), AI tools, automation.
• Strong project management for complex initiatives.
