Compensation: $250K – $260K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

What you will do

  • Define and execute company-wide people strategy aligned with business goals and growth.
  • Partner with CEO and executives on organizational design, leadership development, and culture reinforcement.
  • Build and lead People Operations across systems, policies, compensation, benefits for global hybrid-remote team.
  • Develop scalable programs for performance management, engagement, career development.
  • Lead Workplace Experience to foster connection in remote, hybrid, in-office environments.
  • Scale high-performing recruiting function and employer brand for technical, operational, GTM roles.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in People/HR, including 3–5+ years in senior leadership
  • Experience building/scaling People functions in high-growth startups/scale-ups
  • Proven partnering with founders/executives
  • Expertise in people operations, talent strategy, organizational development
  • Track record building high-performing teams/leaders
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution; leverage HR tech, data, AI
  • Data/metrics-driven with dashboards/analytics
