What you will do

  • Partner with executive and senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, headcount decisions, and change management.
  • Serve as the primary HR expert for US managers, providing guidance on hiring, performance, and complex employee situations.
  • Build and maintain people dashboards to surface insights on turnover, performance distribution, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to translate business needs into scalable tools, processes, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Resolve complex employee relations matters and maintain organizational compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Advise on compensation and total rewards to ensure consistency, equity, and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong data fluency with the ability to translate people metrics into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven experience integrating AI tools into HR workflows such as talent acquisition and workforce analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of US employment law and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
