TL;DR

Senior Product Manager, Growth & Enrollment (Healthcare): Shape patient entry and engagement from health plan eligibility through enrollment and early care experiences, owning systems and workflows for new market launches. Focus on designing end-to-end journeys, mapping complex operational processes, and driving metrics like conversion rates, CAC, and time to first interaction.

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000

What you will do

  • Design and optimize end-to-end patient journeys from eligibility to outreach, enrollment, and first clinical interaction.
  • Build systems supporting new health plan and market launches, including patient identification and onboarding.
  • Partner with Outreach teams to improve conversion, efficiency, and experience while reducing friction and CAC.
  • Map and operationalize complex workflows across health plan data, eligibility, operations, and care handoffs.
  • Lead product discovery, strategy, and execution using build-measure-learn, delivering iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, clinical teams, engineering, and data to align on growth and care delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in healthcare, growth, or operational platforms
  • Experience owning products driving conversion, onboarding, or top-of-funnel engagement
  • Strong ability to map and simplify complex workflows across teams and systems
  • Proven cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and operations
  • Comfort working with operational teams like call centers or outreach
  • Experience with metrics like conversion rate, CAC, time to value, or engagement
  • Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Health plan integrations, eligibility systems, or payer-driven workflows
  • Care management platforms or clinical operations
  • Medicaid populations or value-based care models
  • Building tools for non-technical operational users
