What you will do
- Design and optimize end-to-end patient journeys from eligibility to outreach, enrollment, and first clinical interaction.
- Build systems supporting new health plan and market launches, including patient identification and onboarding.
- Partner with Outreach teams to improve conversion, efficiency, and experience while reducing friction and CAC.
- Map and operationalize complex workflows across health plan data, eligibility, operations, and care handoffs.
- Lead product discovery, strategy, and execution using build-measure-learn, delivering iterative improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, clinical teams, engineering, and data to align on growth and care delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in healthcare, growth, or operational platforms
- Experience owning products driving conversion, onboarding, or top-of-funnel engagement
- Strong ability to map and simplify complex workflows across teams and systems
- Proven cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and operations
- Comfort working with operational teams like call centers or outreach
- Experience with metrics like conversion rate, CAC, time to value, or engagement
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Health plan integrations, eligibility systems, or payer-driven workflows
- Care management platforms or clinical operations
- Medicaid populations or value-based care models
- Building tools for non-technical operational users
