Location: Must be based in the United States (Fully Remote)
Salary: $160K – $180K + Equity

What you will do
- Implement a novel healthcare transaction approach, from provider-payer contracting to guaranteed upfront pricing for patients.
- Build a sophisticated and transparent transaction system using modern technology and methodologies.
- Drive early-stage concepts through iterative execution and continuous enhancement.
- Coordinate across internal disciplines (Engineering, Design, GTM, Legal) and external stakeholders.
- Stay current on market trends and legislative developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize prototyping tools to test and iterate on product concepts ahead of the development cycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare-specific Product Management, Plan Operations, or Strategy & Ops.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong healthcare domain expertise, specifically in health plan operations and/or payment systems.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping high-complexity, 0-1 solutions.
- Experience operating in high-growth environments and managing ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and influence skills for shaping decisions with senior stakeholders.
