Senior Manager, Product (EdTech): Own the end-to-end success of assigned products post-launch, driving product-market fit and growth across adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue with an accent on lifecycle performance, GTM alignment, and data-informed product strategy. Focus on leading cross-functional product development teams, optimizing onboarding and usage, and managing product readiness through scale while translating portfolio priorities into measurable success metrics.
Location: Remote (within location states) — Seattle, WA (occasional travel 1–4 times/year)

What you will do
- Own product performance post-launch, including PMF indicators (activation, engagement, retention), revenue/renewal, and client satisfaction (e.g., NPS).
- Define and continuously refine product-level growth strategy: expansion opportunities, pricing/packaging, lifecycle optimization, and success metrics.
- Lead PMF and growth optimization through customer segment/use-case identification, time-to-value improvements, and rapid iteration using feedback and usage data.
- Lead and coach a cross-functional product development team, setting high standards for customer-centered thinking, data-informed decisions, and outcome accountability.
- Drive cross-functional execution across Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales/Client Success, and Operations to ensure aligned GTM and lifecycle performance.
- Manage lifecycle readiness through PRL/GRL stages, remove adoption/engagement/renewal barriers, and contribute to forecasting and resource allocation with Finance.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally in EdTech or youth-focused industries.
- 3+ years of experience leading product teams.
- Proven success driving product-market fit and growth for digital or SaaS products.
- Experience owning or influencing key product performance metrics (adoption, engagement, retention, revenue).
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Research.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics in K–12 education.
