Salary: $118,000 — $162,000 CAD

What you will do
- Drive product design strategy impacting user experience and business outcomes in identity governance.
- Apply systems thinking to connect user insights with business goals for secure experiences.
- Collaborate with research, UX writing, PM, engineering, marketing, and data science to frame problems and explore solutions.
- Design end-to-end flows for IT admins, security admins, and end-users across the portfolio.
- Perfect scalable design patterns for quality, efficiency, and consistency.
- Present work to cross-functional teams and leadership to influence decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years as Product Designer with portfolio showing complex technical projects across research, discovery, interaction design, IA, and visual design.
- Bachelor's in related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Figma, Miro, Balsamiq or similar.
- Experience incorporating AI into design process, crafting prompts, evaluating outputs for accuracy and usability.
- Big-picture and detail-oriented with storytelling skills for stakeholders.
- Thrive in ambiguity, balance user, business, and engineering needs.
