What you will do

• Design intuitive UX for responsive web platforms and native mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers to define product vision and prioritize features.
• Contribute to and maintain cohesive design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
• Conduct usability testing, user research, and A/B testing to validate and optimize design decisions.
• Translate customer pain points and analytics insights into actionable design improvements.
• Support the evolution of design practices through mentorship and process improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, preferably within SaaS or mobile platforms.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design and UX strategy.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Jira, and Productboard.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and product-led growth principles.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to explain design decisions clearly.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven experiences.
• Experience in home services industries.
