Software Product Designer (Investly): Deliver user-centric product design for a new suite of software applications with an accent on digital experiences, brand and design systems, and rapid prototyping. Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: $101,000 to $118,000 base + discretionary performance bonus

What you will do

• Advocate for UX through user personae, journey maps, and prototypes
• Develop consistent digital brand and design systems with marketing and development teams
• Build prototypes and conduct user research to validate designs
• Use customer insights to inform future product strategy and features

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada required
• Experience with iOS and Android mobile application development
• Experience building design systems in Sketch or Adobe Suite
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Figma, or Axure
• Knowledge of data-based and interview-based design methodologies, design thinking, and validation techniques like Sprint
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and run design workshops
• Understanding of digital and Canadian accessibility standards
• College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Design, HCI or equivalent + 3+ years in software application design
