What you will do

• Serve as primary Product Owner for agent and broker digital platforms, aligning business needs with technical execution.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and development teams, clarifying priorities and requirements.
• Own and refine product roadmap, backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into features for agile teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and DevSecOps for high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, release planning, and continuous improvement based on feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management or ownership in complex digital environments
• 5+ years in regulated industries (insurance, healthcare, financial services, government)
• Proven experience with agent/broker platforms or similar ecosystems
• Strong Agile/Scrum (SAFe preferred), backlog/roadmap management
• Experience in federal/government contracting and compliance
• Ability to write detailed user stories, epics, acceptance criteria
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, enterprise platforms
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required, with residency in the Continental United States
