Product Management Lead

What you will do

• Articulate program scope, schedule, and cost management to team members.
• Coach and develop product team members, define growth plans, and foster learning culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to advocate for technical solutions and communicate tradeoffs.
• Define vision and strategy for product management discipline and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead team processes, implement best practices, and support program delivery.
• Handle hiring, performance management, timecard reviews, and PTO for direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of experience (relevant experience may substitute for education)
• 2+ years of mentoring and coaching; experience leading tasking for delivery
• Proven experience supporting technical and backend projects
• US work authorization (implied by nationwide remote and government contracting)

Nice to have

• CSPO, CPM, CSM or related certification
• Understanding of government contracting requirements
• Experience implementing AI-powered productivity tools
