Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap, defining priorities based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Act as bridge between Product Director and Tech team, translating business objectives into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with UX, Engineering, and Business teams to drive product development and delivery.
• Work hands-on with development teams in Agile environment, grooming and prioritizing backlog.
• Define product vision, KPIs, and success metrics; conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Partner with UX Research and Design; drive execution and optimize features based on feedback and analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Product Owner, preferably in digital retail or e-commerce.
• Strong decision-making and ability to drive initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Proven cross-functional work with UX, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Experience in Agile, writing clear user stories.
• Strong background in business analysis (BA experience a plus).
• Familiarity with digital commerce platforms, APIs, and integrations; excellent communication and stakeholder skills.

Nice to have

• Certification in Product Management (CSPO, SAFe PO, etc.).
