Digital Product Owner (Retail/E-commerce): Drive development of digital retail products by owning the product roadmap and prioritizing features based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility. Focus on bridging Product Director and Tech team, translating objectives into actionable user stories, and optimizing features using customer feedback and analytics.
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Hybrid, 2-3 days on-site. Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

What you will do
- Own the product roadmap, defining priorities based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Act as bridge between Product Director and Tech team, translating business objectives into actionable requirements.
- Collaborate with UX, Engineering, and Business teams to drive product development and delivery.
- Work hands-on with development teams in Agile environment, grooming and prioritizing backlog.
- Define product vision, KPIs, and success metrics; conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Partner with UX Research and Design; drive execution and optimize features based on feedback and analytics.
Requirements
- 5+ years as Product Owner, preferably in digital retail or e-commerce.
- Strong decision-making and ability to drive initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Proven cross-functional work with UX, Engineering, and Business teams.
- Experience in Agile, writing clear user stories.
- Strong background in business analysis (BA experience a plus).
- Familiarity with digital commerce platforms, APIs, and integrations; excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
Nice to have
- Certification in Product Management (CSPO, SAFe PO, etc.).
