What you will do

• Work with Product Managers to deliver prioritized features aligned to roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Own the product backlog, document requirements, acceptance criteria, and facilitate refinement with development teams.
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed dual-track Agile teams on sprint planning and execution.
• Lead user interviews, usability tests, A/B testing, and share findings to inform product decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders across design, engineering, and internal teams like legal, marketing, and security.
• Report on initiative health, risks, and maintain communication cadence with clients and teams.

Requirements

• Located in Mexico or able to work under Mexican local laws.
• 3+ years as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Scrum Product Owner.
• 3+ years working with technical teams, SMEs, and stakeholders; minimum 3 years consulting experience.
• Proven Agile/Scrum experience; proficient in requirement analysis, modeling, user stories, and data tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills; ability to handle complex tasks in fast-paced environment.
• Effective English communication with teams, management, and executive clients.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master facilitation experience.
• SQL skills for data analysis.
• Technical knowledge of AWS and project tech stacks.
• Experience building and executing test plans for data transformations.
