What you will do

• Support daily production activities and workflow management alongside Operations Supervisors and Team Leads.
• Assist in the development and consistency of standard leadership practices and daily management routines.
• Analyze production metrics such as output, quality, and downtime to drive actionable improvements.
• Gain hands-on exposure to Lean manufacturing tools, including 5S, standard work, and visual management.
• Collaborate with Planning, Materials, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Own and execute at least one improvement project focused on operational performance or team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in manufacturing, production, or operations leadership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first mindset.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
