Location: Hybrid (Ottawa, Canada). Onsite presence required 3-4 days a week.

Salary: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour

What you will do

• Test discrete components and PCBAs in lab for accelerated life and corrosion in harsh environments.
• Set up test circuits and monitor critical component parameters.
• Assess electrical components on electronic circuit boards for life using Excel.
• Organize reliability data to be searchable for ease of reference using Excel and Python.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Reliability Engineering.
• Proficiency in Excel and Excel VBA.
• Understanding of simple electronic circuits and components.
• Experience with DVM and various lab instruments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Programming knowledge in JavaScript, Node.js, Python, and Git.
• Experience with Arduino controllers.
• Soldering skills.
