What you will do

• Craft high-signal outreach to engage elite talent by communicating the company's commercial progress and safety culture.
• Build organized talent maps and high-quality pipelines for critical, prioritized engineering needs.
• Utilize a sophisticated tool stack including GitHub and Gem to find talent in non-traditional locations.
• Partner with hiring managers as a technical peer to refine candidate personas and map niche talent.
• Lead the adoption and teaching of advanced outreach techniques to improve team engagement with elusive candidates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of expertise in technical sourcing with a history of identifying talent in AI or robotics engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in technical recruiting or research.
• Proven ability to uncover specialists using investigative research beyond standard LinkedIn searches.
• Deep proficiency with advanced tools such as GitHub, Gem, and specialized technical communities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for managing structured talent maps and market intelligence.
• Ability to meet U.S. national security laws, U.S. person status, or citizenship requirements.
