Executive Sourcer: Identify, map, and engage exceptional executive talent for senior leadership roles (Director, VP, C-suite) across hirify.global with an accent on in-depth market research and building high-quality candidate pipelines. Focus on translating insights into actionable sourcing strategies, crafting personalized outreach, and influencing hiring decisions through data synthesis.

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York, NY hubs or remote in the United States only. In-person onboarding required.

Annual Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with executive recruiting team and hiring leaders to identify high-caliber profiles for senior roles across the business.
• Lead talent mapping and market research across industries, competitors, and adjacent spaces.
• Develop sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines from research insights.
• Engage passive executive talent with personalized, insight-driven outreach.
• Track talent data to inform decisions and refine search strategies based on feedback.
• Act as brand steward in all candidate and business interactions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of sourcing experience with strong focus on executive hiring
• Deep experience in talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence
• Ability to build structured insights from ambiguous information
• Exceptional written communication for tailored outreach to senior candidates
• Experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience in product-driven or design-led technology companies
• Experience supporting global searches or international talent maps
• Curiosity in applying AI or new technologies to recruiting
