Business Systems Analyst

We are Netevia, a global technology-driven group specializing in mobile payments and value-added transactional services.

Now we are looking for a strong Business Systems Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, with a strong emphasis on API understanding, integration design, and AI-assisted task management.

🔸 What you'll do:
— Analyze and document business processes, translating them into clear system and technical requirements
— Read, understand, and describe REST APIs (and GraphQL, where applicable): endpoints, request/response structures, error handling, authentication flows
— Design and document integrations between internal and external systems
— Create well-structured Jira tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria, using AI tools to improve speed and quality
— Validate data and investigate discrepancies using SQL
— Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product managers to ensure requirements are unambiguous and technically feasible
— Maintain up-to-date API documentation and system integration maps

🔸 What we're looking for:
— 3+ years of proven experience acting as both a Business Analyst and Systems Analyst
— Strong understanding of REST APIs: able to read Swagger/OpenAPI specs and Postman collections, and write clear API descriptions
— Experience documenting system integrations (data flows, sequence diagrams, contracts between services)
— Basic SQL (SELECT, JOIN) for data validation and analysis
— Practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) in daily analytical work, especially for drafting tasks and documentation
— Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
— Fluent Russian and English (B2+)

🔸 Nice to have:
— Domain experience in FinTech, Mobile Payments, Processing, or E-commerce
— Hands-on experience with GraphQL
— Experience with event-driven architectures or messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
