TL;DR

Lead Account Manager (AdTech): Managing senior relationships with high-growth customers to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships with an accent on long-term campaign strategy and data-driven insights. Focus on optimizing campaign performance in biddable auction environments and influencing product improvements through client feedback.

Location: Must be based in Chicago or New York; work in office 4+ days per week.

Salary: $121,000 – $214,000 annually

What you will do

  • Build business cases and perform opportunity sizing to drive revenue growth and foster strategic partnerships.
  • Lead feedback loops from clients to drive Product improvement initiatives and influence prioritization.
  • Devise scalable growth strategies by advising on product, technical, and measurement capabilities.
  • Consult C-level clients on campaign strategy using industry trends to deliver customer success.
  • Leverage complex performance data to deliver impactful business insights and influence account strategy.
  • Mentor and lead account management teams, disseminating best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the digital media space.
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Analytics.
  • Expert understanding of media management and optimization within biddable auction advertising environments.
  • Ability to solve problems by analyzing large datasets and transforming them into action.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for delivering actionable insights.
  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent years of experience.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Account Manager.
  • Passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of its ad products.
