What you will do
- Lead communication planning projects from initiation to completion, acting as the primary conduit between clients and specialists.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the account, ensuring the accuracy of work and adherence to campaign management best practices.
- Establish yourself as the first port of call for clients and evolve into a trusted strategic partner.
- Manage and develop Planners and Executives to support team growth.
- Analyze client business needs to identify how communications can drive measurable growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management and high-level client relationship handling.
- Strong people management skills with a track record of developing junior staff.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate effectively while managing both upward and downward.
- Solution-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for providing accurate feedback and instructions.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office approximately 4 days a week
