Senior Director, HR Business Partner (AI-Native): Design the operating model and lead workforce decisions for the Engineering, Product & Design organization's shift to AI-native operations with an accent on role frameworks, change management, and structural decisions. Location: Remote within the US
Salary: $212,000–$312,000

What you will do
- Partner with CTO and EPD leadership to translate AI-native model into people decisions, role frameworks, and career development paths.
- Drive change management for workforce role shifts and advise on structural decisions from H1 2026 pilots.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on AI-native hiring profiles and engage as thought partner on org strategy.
- Document EPD transformation into reusable playbooks for other functions, including workforce planning and manager coaching frameworks.
- Define measurement framework for playbook success: attrition, ramp time, mobility, and adoption pace.
- Manage and develop HRBP team supporting non-EPD functions, building their AI-native capabilities.
- Adapt core people programs to AI-native model and contribute to company-wide strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years progressive HR experience, 5+ years as strategic HRBP in technical org (Engineering/Product/Design)
- Experience leading people strategy through major org transformation and org design decisions.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and their impact on technical work; use in own workflow.
- Talent economics: model workforce trade-offs, build/buy decisions, comp design.
- Experience managing HRBP team and advising C-suite/VP on people decisions.
- Data literacy for workforce models and measurement frameworks.
- 25-30% travel commitment
