What you will do

• Lead operational oversight of IT and data systems workflows from intake through final delivery.
• Manage and coordinate a team of approximately 30 professionals across multiple operational functions.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, metrics, and KPIs for C-suite visibility.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Oversee client communications, status reporting, and escalation management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and client expectations are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, operations management, or project management.
• 8–10 years of experience in operations, program, or service delivery management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional operational or technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication abilities.
• Experience developing operational metrics and reporting processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master’s degree.
• Experience in managed services, SaaS, or cybersecurity operations.
• Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, Jira, ServiceNow, Monday.com, or Asana.
• PMP, ITIL, Scrum, or Agile certifications.
• Exposure to eDiscovery, legal operations, or Relativity technology.
