What you will do

• Act as the primary daily point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Manage client projects from design and implementation to final delivery.
• Coordinate with production, scheduling, and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing.
• Track and report performance metrics and lead regular client business reviews.
• Manage inventory, sales orders, and invoicing in collaboration with Finance.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for G+D products and refer them to Sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general understanding of ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work flexible hours.
• Must have US work authorization (based on 401k and health benefits)
