What you will do
- Lead a team of Solutions Architects in designing and integrating DNS, DHCP, Security, and Network Automation solutions.
- Manage technical pre-sales support and technical account management for field account managers and partners.
- Recruit, hire, and mentor the pre-sales team, overseeing performance management and salary planning.
- Develop training curricula and initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, product development, and operational groups to ensure customer solution delivery.
- Build and maintain key relationships with enterprise customers and partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Pre-Sales Solutions Architecture experience in IT Datacenter Infrastructure Networking.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Expertise in security and cybersecurity technologies for on-premises, cloud, and edge environments.
- Experience with formal sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or WS.
- Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, and cloud networking.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Certifications: CISA, CISSP, ISO27001, CISM, CNE, ITIL, CSP, or CCP.
- Experience leading teams that design target systems security architecture for cloud and hybrid environments.
