Salary: $275,000–$325,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of Systems Sales Engineers to achieve revenue and new business growth targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor engineers, providing ongoing coaching and career development.
- Act as a technical authority on regional opportunities, qualifying and scoping deals alongside sales teams.
- Lead and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) for key prospects to demonstrate technical expertise.
- Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to align sales strategies with the product roadmap.
- Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software sales engineering with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing a team of sales professionals.
- Excellent understanding of Networking, Cloud, and Security fundamentals.
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols and operational tools.
- Experience supporting large enterprises, service providers, or government agencies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Vendor certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIA, JNCIE, JNCIS, or AWS CSA Associate.
