What you will do

• Mentor and develop Client Solutions Advisors through targeted training on hirify.global solutions, security knowledge, and partner offerings.
• Lead pre-sales excellence, perform reviews, handle HR responsibilities like performance plans and compensation reviews.
• Assist in regional sales, marketing, and training plans; coordinate resources for opportunities.
• Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives by facilitating discussions, requirements analysis, and partnering with sales and service teams.
• Manage partner relationships, stay current on industry trends, and provide thought leadership.
• Promote team collaboration, develop business procedures, and lead committees or special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, C|CISO, GIAC-based, CISM
• Proven leadership skills in leading leaders and driving change
• Up to 50% travel required
• Ability to articulate security taxonomy and align solutions to client needs.
