Salary: $78,000 – $112,000 USD

What you will do
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data for learning and talent development programs to provide synthesized insights for executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and learning metrics.
- Oversee the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage budget-related tasks, including processing invoices and tracking expenses for learning vendors.
- Support stakeholders with the analysis and reporting of data from employee listening tools.
- Coordinate the delivery of learning programs and events across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Education, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and LMS platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be based in or be able to work from White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO.
