What you will do

• Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards to improve visibility into business performance and enable proactive decision-making
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and comprehensive financial datasets for FP&A needs across ICS
• Integrate data from ERP, CRM, financial databases, and operational systems to create unified datasets for analysis
• Partner with IT, data science, and other departments to ensure data alignment and integrity
• Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices within the finance team
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting and data processes to enhance data quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or data management role, including at least 2 years focused on data infrastructure and dataset development
• Proficiency with data management tools (SQL, Python, R), financial systems (SAP, Oracle), data visualization tools (Power BI), and financial modeling
• Proven ability to connect operational performance to financial outcomes and communicate implications to business leaders
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail and comfort working with large, complex datasets
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, including distilling complex issues into clear insights and recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive work forward independently
