Sr Procurement Rep (Infrastructure)

TL;DR

Sr Procurement Rep (Logistics & Supply Chain): Managing advanced procurement transactions for equipment, services, and subcontracts with an accent on bid management, contract negotiation, and vendor relations. Location: Hybrid (Overland Park, KS, US). Must be based in the US; relocation is not eligible

What you will do

• Manage the full bidding process, including preparing contract documents and bidders lists.
• Lead the evaluation of quotations and collaborate with engineering and construction teams on technical assessments.
• Negotiate complex commercial terms and conditions with vendors to resolve exceptions.
• Coordinate the award and conforming process for selected bidders.
• Support project teams with procurement transactions for equipment, services, and subcontracts.
• Train junior procurement representatives and develop project setup documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.
• BA or BS degree in Supply Chain Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records searches.
• Proficiency in MS Office and vendor database management.
• Strong contract comprehension and mathematical skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
