What you will do
- Define and lead a global Talent Management strategy integrating L&D, performance, and succession planning into a data-driven function.
- Own the end-to-end performance management lifecycle, including goal-setting frameworks and calibration processes across all geographies.
- Design and execute a global hi-potential identification program and lead succession planning for critical leadership roles.
- Build career development frameworks, including career pathing, competency models, and internal mobility programs.
- Optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and drive full integration with Workday talent modules to eliminate manual workflows.
- Champion the adoption of agentic AI and intelligent automation for personalized learning, coaching, and skills gap analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Management or L&D, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Hands-on expertise with Workday's talent, learning, and performance modules, including configuration and reporting.
- Experience implementing or scaling an LMS across a global workforce.
- Familiarity with agentic AI tools and intelligent automation platforms applied to HR/talent workflows.
- Proven ability to design career pathing and competency frameworks that drive retention.
Nice to have
- Certification in SHRM-SCP, CPLP/CPTD, or ICF-credentialed coaching.
- Experience working within a SaaS or technology company.
