TL;DR
Head of Enablement (SaaS): Leading the strategic build-out of operational enablement programs and the Academy for GTM and Post-Sale teams with an accent on curriculum architecture, change management, and AI integration. Focus on reducing implementation time-to-value, accelerating customer adoption, and scaling internal enablement resources.
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office). Must be based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Raleigh, or Toronto
Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 base salary range + annual bonus

What you will do
- Define and execute the multi-year enablement vision and strategic roadmap across GTM, Post-Sale, and Product teams.
- Develop the Academy strategy to reduce implementation time-to-value and accelerate customer product adoption.
- Lead and develop a team of functional enablement managers and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Govern the Docebo LMS as the source of truth for all internal and customer-facing enablement content.
- Integrate AI into the creation, personalization, and measurement of enablement programs.
- Establish and track enablement KPIs and prepare executive-ready communications for the ELT and board.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enablement or learning & development, with 2+ years in a leadership role managing a team.
- Proven track record of scaling enablement programs in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Must be based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Raleigh, or Toronto to support a hybrid 3-day-a-week office schedule.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, specifically curriculum design and content governance (Docebo strongly preferred).
- Experience applying AI-powered tooling to enablement workflows.
- Data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards and defining success metrics.
