Head of Enablement (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid, requiring three days per week in an office. Candidates must be based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Raleigh, or Toronto. Employment is supported across the U.S. where registered, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 base salary plus annual bonus.

hirify.global develops an AI-driven SaaS platform for commercial contractors, covering service department operations through project management.

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year enablement vision, strategy, and roadmap across go-to-market and post-sale functions.
• Develop the hirify.global Academy to reduce implementation time to value, accelerate customer product adoption, and support internal enablement.
• Lead and develop a team of functional enablement managers and analysts.
• Own Docebo as the central source of truth for enablement content, including content governance, review cycles, and deprecation.
• Embed AI into content creation, personalization, and enablement measurement.
• Define enablement KPIs, build executive-ready communications, and report progress, gaps, and investment needs to senior leadership and board audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enablement or learning and development, including 2+ years in a team leadership role.
• Experience building and scaling enablement programs across multiple functions in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience managing an LMS, including curriculum design, content governance, and reporting; Docebo experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience defining success metrics, building dashboards, and using data to improve programs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex product or process information into engaging learning experiences.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Raleigh, or Toronto and work from the office three days per week.

• Experience with AI-powered enablement tools such as AI content creation, personalization engines, or AI coaching.
