What you will do

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist internal and external customers with account, subscription, and invoice inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, and commercial operations to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Process vendor form requests from customers or internal teams with high accuracy.
  • Support customer retention efforts by delivering world-class service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with hirify.global products, pricing, and systems in a consultative support role.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Key Account Specialist or in a similar account management role.
  • College-level coursework in business, marketing, or related subjects.
  • Proficiency in PC-based word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • Must be based in Arlington, USA.
