What you will do

  • Respond to sales inquiries regarding reporting, program support, and product information.
  • Facilitate the delivery of product and technical information requests for the sales team.
  • Develop business communication documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain and update CRM data within Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Generate sell sheets and provide support to Inside Sales during peak periods.
  • Act as a liaison with other internal departments to facilitate information sharing and cohesive relationships.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Sales or Marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong commitment to sales and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 5% to 10%.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales.
  • Experience working with distribution sales channels.
  • Willingness to relocate for future outside sales positions.
