• Develop and manage relationships with senior-level individuals at prospective firms.
• Manage a portfolio of Target, Growth, and Key accounts.
• Record all activity diligently in the CRM system and analyze performance against key metrics.
• Provide input into market building strategies and customer education efforts.
• Collaborate with internal resources to resolve client support issues.
