TL;DR
Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers for an intelligent document workflow platform with an accent on revenue expansion and long-term retention. Focus on building stakeholder relationships, executing account plans for upsell/cross-sell, and aligning customer feedback with product direction.
Location: Hybrid, working 3 days a week in the office in Raleigh, NC

What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Build and execute account plans to drive upsell, cross-sell, and long-term retention.
- Establish relationships across customer organizations and present insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with Solutions, CS, and Partnerships teams to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Manage account health, pipeline, forecasts, and renewal risks via Salesforce.
- Relay customer feedback to internal product teams to help shape the platform's direction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales within B2B SaaS or tech.
- Proven track record of growing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Ability to articulate technical products to both business and technical audiences.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools.
- Must be able to work from the Raleigh, NC office 3 days a week.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Gong.
- Curiosity about AI tools.
- Background in developer tools, document processing, or APIs.
