TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers for an intelligent document workflow platform with an accent on revenue expansion and long-term retention. Focus on building stakeholder relationships, executing account plans for upsell/cross-sell, and aligning customer feedback with product direction.

Location: Hybrid, working 3 days a week in the office in Raleigh, NC

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Build and execute account plans to drive upsell, cross-sell, and long-term retention.
  • Establish relationships across customer organizations and present insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with Solutions, CS, and Partnerships teams to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage account health, pipeline, forecasts, and renewal risks via Salesforce.
  • Relay customer feedback to internal product teams to help shape the platform's direction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales within B2B SaaS or tech.
  • Proven track record of growing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to articulate technical products to both business and technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools.
  • Must be able to work from the Raleigh, NC office 3 days a week.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Gong.
  • Curiosity about AI tools.
  • Background in developer tools, document processing, or APIs.
