What you will do

• Build and maintain core dbt models and reporting infrastructure for finance, product, sales, and customer success.
• Provide technical leadership and administration for BI platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, Metabase, and Heap.
• Develop and deliver board-level data models and reporting for senior leadership (CFO, CEO, CRO).
• Define and maintain a self-serve analytics framework to empower business teams to answer their own questions.
• Support M&A due diligence and lead data separation and migration efforts related to transactions.
• Drive AI/ML initiatives and automation efforts to improve analytical efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics/BI, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Must be based in the United States (employment eligibility confirmed via E-Verify).
• Advanced SQL skills with deep, hands-on experience querying and optimizing in Snowflake.
• Extensive experience building data models specifically from Salesforce data.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining dbt models in a production environment.
• Track record of delivering executive-level analytics to C-suite stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NetSuite, Coupa, Zendesk, and Gong data structures.
• Familiarity with ThoughtSpot or Sigma BI platforms.
• Experience with SOX or similar audit and compliance frameworks for data systems.
• Background in SaaS or technology companies with complex data environments.
