A venture-backed Health-Tech company disrupting the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector by building a next-generation drug acquisition platform.
What you will do
- Extract, transform, and validate member data from multiple internal systems using Snowflake to produce audit-ready lists.
- Build and maintain automated data validation workflows to catch gaps, duplicates, and eligibility mismatches.
- Own suppression and exclusion logic, ensuring regulatory opt-outs and client-specific rules are consistently applied.
- Partner with Marketing Operations on list specifications, field mapping, and pre-send data checks.
- Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, transformation logic, and business rules for regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the centralized Data team to align on Snowflake data models and represent communication requirements in infrastructure decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or data operations.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements and experience handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Strong SQL proficiency in Snowflake for complex querying and data transformation.
- Proven experience building validation logic and reconciling data across multiple systems.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (benefits include 401k, US health insurance).
Nice to have
- Experience contributing to or consuming dbt models.
- Prior experience in the Healthcare or PBM industry.
