A venture-backed Health-Tech company disrupting the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector by building a next-generation drug acquisition platform.

What you will do

• Extract, transform, and validate member data from multiple internal systems using Snowflake to produce audit-ready lists.
• Build and maintain automated data validation workflows to catch gaps, duplicates, and eligibility mismatches.
• Own suppression and exclusion logic, ensuring regulatory opt-outs and client-specific rules are consistently applied.
• Partner with Marketing Operations on list specifications, field mapping, and pre-send data checks.
• Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, transformation logic, and business rules for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the centralized Data team to align on Snowflake data models and represent communication requirements in infrastructure decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or data operations.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements and experience handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Strong SQL proficiency in Snowflake for complex querying and data transformation.
• Proven experience building validation logic and reconciling data across multiple systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (benefits include 401k, US health insurance).

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to or consuming dbt models.
• Prior experience in the Healthcare or PBM industry.
