Salary: $180,000–$225,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Own metrics and reporting for sales execution, including pipeline health, quota attainment, and conversion rates.
• Partner with sales leadership and rev-ops to create measurement frameworks and weekly operating cadences.
• Build data foundations for GTM analytics, including account-manager tracking and territory models.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on win/loss, lead sources, and segmentation to guide GTM resource allocation.
• Shape the CRM, internal tooling, and downstream data models used by the GTM organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with 3+ years specifically in GTM, RevOps, or sales analytics for B2B SaaS.
• Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python for analytics and modeling.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce data, pipeline mechanics, and quota/territory models.
• Strong proficiency with dbt and modern analytics stacks.
• Proven ability to operate as an embedded analytics partner for sales leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting self-serve/PLG and enterprise sales motions.
• Experience with developer-facing or API products.
• Familiarity with usage-based pricing and consumption-driven sales.
• Experience in early-stage or fast-scaling environments.
