Salary: $98,800 - $130,000 USD (annual base).

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design and execution of high-priority GTM dashboards across Sales, CS, and RevOps.
• Partner with GTM leadership to define KPIs and deliver data-driven insights on pipeline, churn, and productivity.
• Balance hands-on Tableau development with oversight of BI developers and MSP partners using standardized frameworks.
• Establish governance, sources of truth, and QA standards for reporting accuracy and stakeholder trust.
• Design human-centric dashboards aligned to user workflows for maximum adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics, BI, revenue/GTM/sales analytics.
• Strong hands-on Tableau dashboard design and building experience.
• Strong SQL skills with complex business datasets; proficient in Snowflake, Salesforce, Gainsight, dbt.
• Experience supporting GTM, Sales, CS, RevOps, Finance teams.
• Managing BI delivery: requirements, prioritization, QA, stakeholder feedback, adoption.
• Deep SaaS GTM KPIs knowledge (ARR, pipeline, churn, productivity).
