What you will do

• Generate insights from merchant, consumer, and product data to quantify impact and trends across segments and time
• Build detailed consumer profiles including demand patterns and price sensitivity
• Segment merchants and define peer groups to guide comparisons
• Track service and retail trends, labor dynamics, and customer behaviors with cohort and seasonality analysis
• Lead pricing and elasticity analysis including demand estimation and promo testing
• Publish recurring public reports and deliver advertiser-ready insights with clear methods and visuals
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Executive teams to translate data into strategic decisions and benchmarks
• Ensure privacy compliance with aggregation standards and disclosure controls

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in analytics or insights within B2B SaaS, marketplaces, payments, or high-growth tech
• Advanced Snowflake SQL, proficient Python, and production experience with dbt
• Proven record publishing executive-ready public reports with media-ready charts
• SaaS growth intuition and ability to translate findings into business opportunities
• Proficiency with Looker, Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
• Working knowledge of privacy-preserving aggregation techniques
