What you will do

• Collaborate with ML teams to integrate location selection models for improved pin quality.
• Centralize critical location logic to ensure consistency across services.
• Design and implement scalable solutions for managing congestion.
• Develop demand control mechanisms for Pick-up and Drop-off (PUDO) behavior.
• Build advanced tooling, dashboards, and monitoring systems to identify customer pain points.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in C++ or another OOP language.
• Experience building and scaling high-performance infrastructure for critical services.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with autonomous driving vehicles.
• Experience designing and implementing robust, reliable APIs for core geospatial or logistics services.
• Experience with performance tuning, reducing latency, and scaling critical backend systems.
• Background in machine learning pipelines, including feature engineering and integrating ML models.
