Salary: $160,200 - $246,300

What you will do

• Architect large-scale test infrastructure and evaluation pipelines to quantify simulation accuracy and reliability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Autonomy, Systems, and Data teams to integrate test operations into development workflows.
• Develop novel methodologies to characterize the effectiveness of simulation products at scale.
• Drive technical roadmaps and strategic priorities for simulation technologies.
• Own and refine key simulation evaluation metrics and KPIs for safety and readiness decisions.
• Maintain high technical standards through architectural design and code reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience developing complex evaluation, simulation, or test frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python for production systems, including unit testing and reliability best practices.
• Proven cross-team technical leadership and ability to influence architecture decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous driving or high-stakes field robotics.
• Experience with test strategies and validation for safety-critical products.
• Familiarity with SQL, time-series data analysis, and dashboarding tools such as Looker or Streamlit.
