What you will do

• Provide on-demand technical guidance to partners regarding use cases, integrations, and product challenges.
• Act as a technical escalation point for partner projects, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Facilitate product functionality inquiries to maximize time-to-value for joint customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical blockers to ensure minimal disruption to project delivery.
• Design and support tools that enhance the efficiency of partner service offerings.
• Document recurring technical challenges and solutions to improve partner support resources.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, implementation, technical support, or customer success.
• Strong technical domain knowledge in at least two of: SaaS, Marketing, Mobile, APIs, or Programming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong influencing capabilities.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including technical resources and customer executives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
