What you will do

• Own and drive the Product Delivery Lifecycle from ideation to launch, evolving processes over time
• Design and automate operational workflows using AI, reducing manual effort in metrics, reporting, and tracking
• Support business and metrics review cadences, leveraging AI for insights
• Fix broken workflows with engineering, product, and Technical Program Managers, making them self-sustaining with AI
• Maintain operational playbooks and introduce minimum viable processes for flow and predictability
• Drive change management and enablement for new tools, metrics, and ways of working
• Support cost capitalization processes and evaluate tooling like Jira and Notion

Requirements

• Proven experience building processes from zero to one
• AI-first operator who defaults to AI tools, automations, agents, and workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to influence without authority
• Change management experience
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and product organizations
• Comfort in ambiguity and fast-changing environments

Nice to have

• Background in a SaaS company
• Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Zapier, Make or lightweight AI agents
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Linear
• Experience with prompt engineering or AI-assisted processes at team/org level
