What you will do

• Design, prototype, and document advanced solutions for Salesforce Order Management and fulfillment to meet business needs.
• Translate complex requirements into detailed functional specifications for integrated solutions.
• Orchestrate sophisticated integrations using REST/SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with third-party platforms and middleware.
• Provide expert system administration, managing security settings, custom objects, and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to respond to changing project objectives and global goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, specifically focusing on fulfillment process implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration and quote-to-order processes.
• Technical proficiency with Flow, Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, and Advanced Approvals.
• Experience with SQL, SOQL, and SFDC integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Active Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or Platform Developer).
• Experience working within the middleware and entitlement systems space.
