What you will do

• Partner with GTM leadership to define strategies, build reliable forecasts, and establish performance metrics.
• Streamline and document scalable GTM processes to reduce friction as the business grows.
• Evaluate, scope, and optimize the GTM tech stack, specifically managing Salesforce configuration and integrations.
• Own GTM data integrity, defining standards for data entry, structure, and ownership across the revenue stack.
• Translate complex operational findings into clear narratives for the C-suite and executive audiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in RevOps or sales operations, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Proven experience designing and scaling GTM processes and systems across multiple functions.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce and a strong instinct for tool optimization.
• End-to-end understanding of B2B SaaS revenue mechanics, including lead-to-opportunity and ARR recognition.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, including taxonomy and lifecycle management.
