What you will do

• Act as technical lead and administrator for the People Systems stack (HRIS, ATS, LMS).
• Analyze and redesign hire-to-retire HR processes to reduce manual effort and increase automation.
• Manage complex HR systems projects from initial framing through rollout and support.
• Collaborate with IT to manage system integrations and data flows via APIs.
• Maintain system roadmaps and comprehensive technical documentation in Confluence.
• Ensure security, privacy (GDPR), and governance for all People systems.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in IT Business Systems or HR Technology.
• Hands-on configuration experience with modern HRIS (e.g., Workday, Rippling) and ATS (e.g., Greenhouse).
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end system projects.
• Strong understanding of API integration patterns.
• Experience supporting HR systems in multi-country environments, including EU/GDPR compliance.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with iPaaS tools like Workato or Tray.
