What you will do

• Lead identification, prioritization, and alignment of transformational improvement opportunities across operations units.
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate complex cross-functional process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with IT to develop technical solutions enhancing operational capabilities and customer experience.
• Develop and track divisional roadmaps for people, process, and technology in partnership with senior leaders.
• Research external best practices, evaluate vendors, and ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Provide cross-functional leadership, mentoring, and support for business process transformations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and process improvement experience required (Black Belt preferred).
• Mastery of business analyst knowledge.
• Significant experience leading, influencing, and communicating change.
• Proven strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to self-manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong relationship-building, coaching, and mentoring skills across organizational levels.
